Thank you for considering our products. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.
Returns and Refunds:
• Eligibility: We accept returns for most products within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
• Procedures: To initiate a return, please contact us at 800-323-3130 or [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must include the RMA number with your return. You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for the return.
• Refunds: We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus any shipping and handling charges, once we receive and process the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Exceptions: We do not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged after receipt.

Damaged or Defective Products:
• Eligibility: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at 800-323-3130 or [email protected] within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund.
• Procedures: We may require you to provide photos or other documentation of the damage or defect. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product, and we will cover the cost of shipping and handling for the return.
• Refunds or Replacements: If the product is damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement.
• Exceptions: We will not issue a refund or replacement for damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• All Returns are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee
