Currently available instructions do not completely reflect the current assembly process for these racks. Instructions do provide the basic process for assembling the base and upper racks.

Racks are now assembled in two pieces, a base and an upper piece that stack on one another once assembled. If desired you can connect the top to the bottom by drilling through the “spacer bars” on the front and back of the rack and screw together.
